A regular weekly session will give you the impetus to get moving.
You have time to complete any follow ups, but not long enough to get distracted!
Committing to a weekly session, you will complete that project you've been meaning to do.
Build the momentum and get it done.

This would suit a long term project, a whole house or a busy life!
It is also a good option if you prefer a little more time to process change.
If you are bereaved or going through a divorce, this way will support you to make gradual changes.
